Turkeys love the ‘nudists’
The turkeys love their ‘nude’ culture.
A recent study by the Turkish government found that nearly half of the country’s population had a fondness for nudism.
But some Turkish citizens are now challenging the idea that nudism is not a part of Turkish culture.
The government is conducting a survey to gauge public attitudes towards nudism in Turkey.
The results will be published on March 14.
The survey, dubbed “Turkeys love nudism,” was launched after a Turkish woman reported a friend who was a nudist had sexually harassed her.
The woman is now suing the nudist and his employer.
The survey comes as Turkey’s parliament is expected to pass a law to ban nudity and sex outside of marriage.
The proposed law has already been opposed by a number of conservative Turkish politicians and the head of Turkey’s ruling party, Recep Tayyip Erdogan.
